Click on Member Log In (top right hand side)
Enter your Username: and Password:
Under Welcome
NYSUT MEMBER BENEFITS TRUST
  • Click on My Profile for ID #
  • Click on Check Eligibility to see what 
benefits you are eligible for or have used.
  • Click on Request Member ID Card to 
have new card(s) with your Enrollee ID# mailed 
to your home address.

You must complete the 
Member Registration page 
  • Under policy holder information 
your ID# is your Social Security # or your Enrollee ID# if you have your card
