Group Access Legal Service Plan

Dear Certified Staff Members, 
The BOCES Teachers' Association Benefits Trust is pleased to announce that we have purchased the NYSUT endorsed Group Access Legal Service Plan for all certified staff members. Beginning April 1st, you will have access to all the benefits this program offers, such as:

• Free telephone advice and consultation
• Free office consultations
• Free letter writing
• Free document review
• Legal security package including Simple Will, Living Will, Health Care Proxy, and Power of Attorney at no charge (additional charges may apply)
• Estate Planning seminars or "Will Days" scheduled For May 20th &21st 3-6pm RLC Bldg. 2 Conference room (details to follow) 
• Referral attorneys at a discounted rate

The NYSUT Member Benefits Trust-endorsed Legal Service Plan is provided by Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C. and administered by the NYSUT Member Benefits Trust.  Please note that additional charges may apply for specific benefits.
