Do you want to earn some extra money this summer while helping fend off attacks on our union and on our professions? If so, you can join the NYSUT Member Organizing Institute and make the most of your summer! Our union needs you! At a time when our union is facing unprecedented attacks against its very existence, the NYSUT Member Organizing Institute gives you the opportunity to help fight back, to keep our union strong ... and to make some money while doing so! MOI organizers will receive a stipend, as well as mileage reimbursement, for a 12-week commitment this summer. A mandatory 2.5-day training will be offered in Albany on June 29 – July 1 for interested member organizers. Our union needs you!
