Zoom Meeting

Dear Members,
The BTA Executive Board will host a Zoom virtual meeting on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 from 3:00-4:30 p.m.  The purpose of this meeting is to provide members an opportunity to connect with each other and with us.  It is also an opportunity  for members to ask questions and share concerns related to distance learning, and other concerns connected to our school closure.  

Members ONLY are invited to this forum   You must pre-register by Tuesday, April 28, 2020 in order to participate. If you do not pre-register by the deadline, you will not be allowed to join the forum. Click on this link to pre-register:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
Members are requested to join the call beginning at 2:45 p.m..  Signing in to the call early will help us to manage the call more efficiently.   

Our capacity on the call is limited to a maximum of 100 participants, and registration is based on a first-come basis.  The call will not be recorded and will not be available for replay.  If we have more than 100 pre-registrations we will offer another virtual meeting.

In the interest of time, during the call please:

• Come to the meeting with prepared questions or concerns.  
• Be brief.
• If you have a proposed solution for the dilemma or problem you are facing, share it for discussion.  Time devoted to a response discussion may be limited, but there may be follow up at a later date.
• Listen attentively.  Please do not repeat a question that has already been asked.
• Do not interrupt someone who is speaking.

To get a balanced perspective, we will purposely seek questions and input from all sites and all subgroups of members.  You will be asked to state your name, your position, and your site(s)  before you present your question, concern, or comment.
